SAKIZLI LORLU KURABIYE

Tijen İnaltong ve halamın tarifinden...

1/4 su bardağı zeytinyağı
250 gr tatlı lor peyniri
1 su bardağı toz şeker
2 yumurta
1 çay kaşığı karbonat
2 su bardağı un
2 parça damla sakızı
2 çorba kaşığı susam

zeytinyağı, lor, şeker ve yumurtaları (birinin akını ayırıp) karıştırın. karbonat ve un ekleyip yoğurun. hamur yapışmaz hale gelene kadar un ekleyin. sakızı dövüp ekleyin. şekil verdiğiniz kurabiyeleri yumurta akına bandırıp susama değdirin. 180 derece fırında 30 35 dakika kadar pişirn.
