cura çorbası/ tunç ali çam'dan

cura çorbası

1 kırmızı lahana,
2-3 domates,
2-3 patates,
2-3 kabak,
bir parça taze zencefil ( dozuna dikkat, yakıcı ;)
doğranır,
yumuşayana kadar kaynatılır,
blenderdan geçirilir,
1 kaşık un bir kasede azar azar çorba eklenerek çırpılır,
çorbaya eklenip çırparak bir süre kaynatılır,
zeytinyağı, tuz, biber, kuru kereviz yaprağı...
